CRP specializes in custom fabrication for typical and unique applications, we have the combine expertise and versatility to produce a wide range of products and service. Capabilities include prototyping, 3-axis CNC machining, vertical, multi-axis, milling, lathe cutting, laser cutting, boring, assembly and extrusion.
Having hi-tech equipment and experienced manpower is integral to the quality products we produce such as:
Fabricated HDPE fittings
HDPE Pump covers
Perforated HDPE pipe
…. and MUCH more!
Wood pipe, cast iron, AC pipe, ductile iron – what do these have in common? They are the water mains of the past, today’s highly engineered PE resins make HDPE one of the most suited products for water mains.
HDPE pipe is leak-free, with fused joints, light weight, flexible and cost effective for transportation and installation. HDPE pipe has the lowest life cycle cost when compared to other systems (refer to paper by CSIRO Life Cycle Analysis of Water Networks)

The show featured approximately 2,400 exhibitors and dozens of education sessions.
Most impressed with technology integration, and Komatsu America had a demo on it with their Komtrax application and how it has evolved. Tracking when and where their equipment is working, theft prevention, fuel consumption, and providing notices for maintenance and parts replacement according to hours of operation.
Another must see was A.H. McElroy’s QuickCamp System. Easy to assemble shelter accommodates 824/630 fusion machine carriage and allows technicians to fuse in any weather condition. Definitely much needed in our climate.
CRP and its employees have developed a comprehensive Health and Safety Program with the goal of improving workplace safety. Protecting our resources is our number one priority.
CRP Products would like to extend a very warm welcome to Doug Steinhubl
Doug has over 25 years of industrial sales and management experience. Most recently, he managed sales in the High North for an insulated pipe company. It was a successful 10 years that saw insulated pipe spec’d in mining industry applications, where it was previously ignored.
He also helped increase awareness of the NTWWA, an organization now considered an important voice in the North. We are happy to have Doug join our team! The experience that Doug has gained over the years will certainly prove a great value to our organization.
Should you wish to reach Doug, you can email him at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (780) 449-1599.
Sliplinning is a rehabilitation process in which a smaller HDPE pipe is inserted into a larger pipe and commonly used to repair leaks or restore structural stability of existing pipeline.
Projects also included the rental of fusion equipment and experienced, certified fusion technicians.
